Tehran, October 25 (MRUD NEWS)—The summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member countries will be held in Uzbekistan in November 2023, Iran Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Mehrdad Bazrpash, informed on the sideline of the Cabinet meeting.
According to Bazrpash, In that meeting the role of member countries in completing the East-West Corridor will be discussed.
Additionally, Iran is to negotiate on transit and international Corridors in the 22nd Meeting of the Councils of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States which is being held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on October 25-26, 2023.
Mohammad Mokhber, first vice president of Iran, and Mehrdad Bazrpash are participating in the 22nd meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This is the first official meeting that Iran participates in after its full membership in September 2023.
